Rob is Managing Partner, Canada, with CTPartners, a global executive search firm listed on the New York Stock Exchange. He joined CTPartners from Heidrick & Struggles, where he held a number of senior leaderships, including Managing Partner, Global Operations, where he was responsible for oversight of global operations in Asia Pacific, Europe, Latin America and North America.
Before joining the executive search industry, Rob held a number of senior positions in investment banking including: Managing Director, Co-Head of Mergers and Acquisitions, CIBC World Markets; President and Chief Executive Officer, Credit Suisse Canada; Executive Vice-President, Head of Investment Banking, Midland Walwyn Inc.; and Vice-Chairman, Merrill Lynch Canada.
Rob is a member of the Board of Directors of Accretive 360 Inc.; the Board of Directors of Gran Colombia Gold Corp.; the Independent Review Committee of the Mackenzie Financial Corporation Mutual Funds; and the International Advisory Council of the Schulich School of Business at York University.
Randy Ambrosie

Prior to founding Accretive in 2009, Randy was the President of AGF Funds, a global investment management firm, where he was responsible for all aspects of AGF's retail and institutional businesses. Among his many responsibilities he led the effort to solidify and grow AGF's 26,000 Advisor relationships in Canada. During his time as President, AGF was chosen as Advisors Choice Fund Company of the Year for 2006 and 2008.
Over the last 20 years, Randy also held senior leadership positions at HSBC Securities and HSBC Brokerage USA, CIBC Wood Gundy, Merrill Lynch and Midland Walwyn.

Keith is a Partner at Scarrow & Donald LLP, Chartered Accountants which is a full service professional services firm affiliated internationally with PKF International Limited. His professional services experience includes regulated financial services sectors and enterprises in retailing, distribution, manufacturing and transportation, as well as community-based, not-for-profit organizations.
Keith obtained his B.Comm.(Hons) from the Faculty of Management at the University of Manitoba in 1981. He obtained his CA in 1984, and his FCA in 2003.

Ed is currently Chairman and CEO of M THIRTY, Chairman of Caldwell Partners International and a Director of Norvista Resources and Calvista Gold Corp.
He has held senior roles in the industry spanning decades, serving as Chairman and CEO of Wood Gundy Ltd. and CIBC Wood Gundy from 1988 to 1995, as Chairman of WIC (Western International Communications) from June 1994 to January 1998 and as Deputy Chairman of Rockwater Capital Corp. from January 1996 to March 2003. He is also a former Chairman of the Investment Dealers Association of Canada and a former Director of Falconbridge Ltd. and Imax Corp.
Richard Hamm

With more than 25 years in the financial community, Richard has been involved in all facets of the business ranging from sales and marketing to capital management. He is currently a partner in BristolGate Capital Partners Inc. and a principal of Stepp Three Holdings Ltd. In 1996, Richard formed a partnership with the principals of Plazacorp Retail Properties Ltd., and has been involved in real estate development since that time.
Richard continues to be active in charitable work for the Art Gallery of Ontario, Regent Park and many other organizations.
